Return Policy
We offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee on all of our printed products, except those ordered through bulk pricing.
There are no refunds on downloaded products or CD-ROMs.
Bulk Orders: Products purchased under bulk order pricing may be returned if all of the following conditions are met:
Returns are limited to no more than 10% of total combined invoices for a specific title within a one year time frame (i.e. you may not return greater than 10 books from a 100 book order total, if you ordered 500 books in a one year time frame, you may not return more than 50).
Products must be returned in original packaging (Shrink wrap) and in resalable condition.
Products must be returned within one year of invoice date.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our office prior to shipping your returns. Call 888-484-5484 or email orders@sleeter.com
You must include a copy of your invoice with the RAN number handwritten on the top of the invoice.
Shipping is not refunded on any return.
